AspireCore LLC respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy explains how to report copyright infringement and how we handle such claims.
1. What is the DMCA?
The DMCA is a U.S. copyright law that provides a framework for resolving disputes involving copyright infringement on the internet. AspireCore, as a service provider, follows the DMCA process to address and resolve these issues promptly.
2. Filing a DMCA Complaint
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon via AspireCore’s services, submit a written complaint to dmca@aspirecore.org with the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide specific details, including titles, descriptions, or registration information.
- Location of infringing content: Include URLs or detailed descriptions of where the material appears.
- Contact information: Your name, email, address, and phone number.
- A statement of good faith: Confirm that the use is unauthorized.
- Your signature: Physical or electronic.
3. Counter-Notification Process
If you receive a notice of removal and believe the content was taken down in error:
- Provide identification of the removed content and where it appeared.
- State, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the removal was a mistake.
- Include your name, contact details, and consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate court.
- Submit the counter-notification to dmca@aspirecore.org.
4. Action Upon Receiving a Claim
AspireCore will:
- Promptly investigate claims.
- Notify the account holder of the alleged infringement.
- Temporarily remove or disable access to infringing material if the claim is valid.
5. Repeat Infringers
Accounts with multiple valid copyright complaints may be suspended or terminated.
