We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. If you’re unsatisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days from the signup date.

2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Domain registrations and renewals (due to registrar policies).
  • Add-on features, such as dedicated IPs and advanced security packages.
  • Setup fees, if applicable.

3. Eligibility Requirements
Refund requests must meet the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days for hosting plans.
  • No violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service have occurred.

4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:

  1. Log in to your AspireCore account.
  2. Navigate to the “Billing” section and select the order in question.
  3. Submit a refund request form or contact our support team at refunds@aspirecore.org.

5. Processing and Timelines
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Partial Refunds
For annual plans canceled after 30 days, a prorated refund may be issued for unused months, excluding discounts and non-refundable items.
